K.O after hills in Monsanto….

Im K.O after a 3h15min bike ride…


Yesterday i was quite tired after a week with tough workouts, today im K.O

We did 40 km warm-up and then i had 5x2km hills at 50-55 rpm (heavy and slow). Also to mention that the first km was sitting, the legs were burning…

I was totally off. The first hills were very bad, i could not react mentally or physically…I started to wake up a bit after the second hill, but no top performance today..
