Usually i train to race, now i train to prepare for my surgery. It’s important to keep the muscles active before the surgery.
Swim, gym, swim, gym and some more swim and gym is filling my training schedule.
I won’t see the knee specialist this week, just next week on Thursday which means another week will pass without any news about my surgery. Larsson is getting a bit inpatient…I just want to solve the issue and get on with the rehab process.
Well, there is not much i can do right now, so ill stick to my swim and gym regime. Hopefully it will give me some strength that ill benefit from later..
